Your own luxurious private pool with crystal clear, electrically heated water to give you a constant temperature, is the focal point of this villa. Sit back and let the jacuzzi jets at the end of the pool massage you while you drink that long cool drink looking out over the picturesque canal. Quality lanai furniture and sun loungers are also provided for your comfort and pleasure.

It's wonderful to see the herons and egrets fly along the canal route or listen and watch for the large owls that are always around during the afternoon. Strange but true, they always seem to be about during daylight.

The elegant Great Room, a large, light and spacious open plan area, is the central part of the house. From here you can see what's happening throughout the house and on the poolside. The entertainment centre contains a 31" colour TV, with cable tv service and there's also a DVD player. There are some DVD's in the house but an even larger selection at the local DVD hire shops.

The kitchen has a full range of appliances and equipment, and there are many extras such as the freezer with built-in icemaker. The utility room houses a good size washing machine and dryer.

The large master bedroom, which has a lovely ensuite bathroom with marble vanity units, corner bath and walk in shower, leads out to the poolside. It is like paradise to wake up early, push back the patio doors and listen to the dawn choras, sheer bliss.
The second large bedroom also leads out to the pool side and has a lovely view onto the canal. The third bedroom is again nice and airy and all bedrooms have good size walk in wardrobes.

We regret that smoking and pets are not allowed in the villa.
